Your needs, this model
Does it fit your priorities?
Can your room fit this wraparound shape and laminate top?
The UPL120 is 71.7 inches across with a 38.4-inch maximum outside-depth envelope, not a uniform work depth.
Explore this need in the finder →Do you want a raised power panel and a separate covered cable route?
This selection has one four-outlet PDC013 and one ACC088 cover in the other hole; it is not a storage-cup or dual-power layout.
Explore this need in the finder →Would you use a flush controller with four one-touch saved heights?
The selected FRM703-BLK supports four saved heights and flush mounting; the basic FRM072 control is angled and its preset count is not established.
Explore this need in the finder →Can you keep eight inches clear directly below the PDC013 hole?
PDC013 instructions call for eight inches of unobstructed space below the module; the moving frame also needs separate clearance.
Explore this need in the finder →Must desktop USB transfer data instead of only charging?
PDC013 USB-A and USB-C ports are charge-only; the selection does not establish USB data transfer.
Explore this need in the finder →Is storage in the second hole essential, or is a cable cover the needed function?
Option 16971 uses ACC088 for a cable route and has no ACC059 storage cup; choose the separate storage option if a cup is essential.
Explore this need in the finder →This is one current U.S. UPLIFT UPL120 selector state: a one-inch Black Laminate wraparound top, black V3 C-frame with 27-inch feet, one PDC013 pop-up power module, one black ACC088 rotating grommet cover, and the black FRM703 Advanced Comfort Flush keypad. The selected page does not establish a separate finished SKU, order or stock position; treat the option numbers as a documented configuration, not a retail identity.
First decide whether a 120-degree top fits the room
The UPL120 is a two-leg electric workstation with a broad curved-front, angled-back surface. It is not a standard rectangular desk with a separate return. UPLIFT's drawing gives 71.7 inches across and a 38.4-inch maximum outside-depth envelope. That maximum describes the farthest boundary, not a continuous usable depth: the top's outline narrows and curves. If a large monitor base, keyboard tray or drawing surface needs a specific clear rectangle, mark out the outline and measure that work zone rather than planning around the largest number alone.
The selected Black Laminate top is one inch thick. The maker's drawing identifies the top's shape and finish, but it does not publish a uniform minimum work depth, top mass or care instructions for this exact selection. A wraparound top can keep several work areas close, but it also occupies more floor than a conventional rectangle. Leave room for the chair and for the frame's full travel, not only the desktop outline.
One power hole, one cable route
Option 16971 is visibly labeled KITGROMMET-PDC013-BLK, “Pop Up Power + Cover.” It combines one PDC013 with one ACC088; it is not two powered modules and it does not include the ACC059 storage cup. The UPL120 drawing shows two 3.15-inch holes. In this selection, one hole is occupied by the powered module and the other by the cover, so the second opening can route a cable but cannot also act as storage or accept another grommet.

The PDC013 sits flush when lowered and raises to expose four grounded 120-volt AC outlets. Its two USB-A ports and one USB-C port are for charging, not computer data; UPLIFT lists the USB-C port at up to 20 watts. The module is rated up to 15 amps, 125 volts and 1,875 watts. That is a per-module limit, not an invitation to exceed the household circuit or use the outlets as a substitute for a grounded mains connection to the lifting frame.
Check the space under the selected power hole before assembly. PDC013 installation instructions call for eight inches of unobstructed space directly beneath it, and the movable frame needs its own clearance. Keep cords slack through the desk's full range. UPLIFT publishes conflicting PDC013 cord lengths—five, six and ten feet across its product page and documents—so do not design an enclosed route on an assumed exact reach. ACC088 is a separate rotating cover for passing cables through the second opening, not a powered port or a sealed cable tray.
The controller changes the daily routine
Selector option 12041 is the flush-mounted black FRM703 Advanced Comfort keypad. Its maker materials document four saved heights with one-touch recall, plus keypad lock and user-set upper and lower travel limits. Its low profile can help where an upward-facing control would catch, but the travel path still needs to be clear.

For a simpler control, the same top and PDC013-plus-ACC088 arrangement is selectable with the FRM072 Basic Display Angled keypad. That version uses press-and-hold controls, and its saved-height count is not established in the reviewed materials. Choose the FRM703 if repeatable shared heights, one-touch recall, lock or travel-stop settings matter; choose based on the documented control behavior, not on an assumption that every UPLIFT keypad has the same memory features.
Published frame numbers need context
For this one-inch top, UPLIFT lists a 22.6-to-48.7-inch working-surface range; the bare V3 C-frame specification is 21.6 to 47.7 inches before a desktop is added. These are manufacturer figures, not measurements of an assembled unit. The frame's 355-pound figure is published as a lifting capacity or weight limit, but the reviewed materials do not establish a static-load rating, the mass of this top or the usable payload after the top and accessories are fitted. It should not be read as an independently measured capacity.
The V3 manual calls for a grounded supply, an initial reset, slack cables, clearance from moving parts and a ten-percent duty cycle. Follow the manual for setup and reset; no independent stability or lifting test is claimed here.
Who should choose this selector state?
This version is a plausible fit when the room can take the wide UPL120 outline, four desktop AC outlets are enough, you want one raised power panel and a separate covered cable opening, and the flush four-memory keypad is worth choosing over the basic angled control. It is a poor fit if you require a rectangular work depth, a storage cup, eight AC outlets, USB data transfer, a known PDC013 cord length or a documented static rating before purchase.
Compare it with the FRM072 version with the same power-and-cover layout if the controller is your open decision. The FRM703 with power plus storage keeps the flush keypad but trades the cable route for an ACC059 cup. A dual-PDC013 selection can put power in both desktop holes, but gives up the cover and its cable pass-through. The inspected images show the exact top, selected option components and keypad separately; none shows this complete configuration installed.

Paper, software and setup details
Desktop and configuration note
UPLIFT gives a 71.7-inch overall width and 38.4-inch maximum outside-depth envelope for the curved-front, angled-back 120-degree outline; this is not a uniform working depth. The selected one-inch Black Laminate top has two 3.15-inch openings, occupied here by one PDC013 power module and one ACC088 cable cover. Top mass and finish-specific care instructions are not established.
Load-rating interpretation
355-pound lifting/weight-limit wording is not converted to a static-load rating, a per-module grommet load, or remaining equipment payload.
Operating and setup note
The V3 frame manual requires grounded power, initial reset, slack cords, moving-part clearance and a 10-percent duty cycle. PDC013 instructions require grounded 120V power and eight inches unobstructed directly below its hole. Allow cable slack through full travel and observe the power-module cord-length conflict.
