It shows a single curved-corner desk; the manufacturer does not identify whether the staged image is a photograph or rendering, and the selected keypad and grommet details cannot be verified from the image. UPLIFT Desk
A useful fit for

A buyer with a measured corner area who wants the UPLIFT curved-corner outline, a manufacturer-labeled Bamboo surface, a left return and an included top on a two-leg electric frame.

The main tradeoff

The desktop is an irregular 72-inch-long footprint with a maximum 38-inch depth and a center cutout, not a uniformly deep rectangular desk or the three-leg UPL934 L-shape. The page/manual do not establish a static rating, remaining equipment payload or memory presets for the selected keypad.

Your needs, this model

Does it fit your priorities?

Does the selected UPL969 state fit a two-leg, included Bamboo curved-front desk with a left return?

This plan is UPL969 with the selected Bamboo Curve top, curved center cutout, black two-leg T-frame and left return. It is not the three-leg UPL934 L-shaped plan.

Can the full desktop footprint fit within a 38-inch room-depth limit?

The TOP371 drawing shows 38 inches at the deepest part and a shallower 28-inch section. Treat 38 inches as the maximum outside envelope, not a uniform work depth. A 37-inch room limit is too small for this plan.

Explore this need in the finder →
Does this top meet a 72-inch minimum long-side requirement?

The exact TOP371 drawing labels a 72-inch long side. A request for more than 72 inches is not supported by this selected top.

Explore this need in the finder →
Does the selected desktop provide covered cable openings, and is it an uncut no-grommet top?

The selected option includes two black grommet covers, so it can meet a covered cable-route need. It is not a no-hole desktop and those covers do not provide power.

Explore this need in the finder →
Can this irregular top satisfy a minimum desktop-depth requirement of 28 inches everywhere?

No. The drawing gives a 28-inch shallower portion and a 38-inch maximum outline, but it does not establish a uniform depth across the curved cutout shape. Its uniform minimum-depth plan field is intentionally unknown, so a hard minimum-depth answer must not match.

This assessment covers one selected state of UPLIFT Desk’s UPL969 V3 Curved Corner Standing Desk: the Bamboo Curve 1-inch desktop, return on the left, two black grommet covers, black V3 T-frame with 27.5-inch feet, and Basic Display Angled keypad. The product page also lists other top materials, orientations, frame finishes, keypads and accessories. Those branches are not silently treated as part of this one plan, and a selector state is not proof of current stock or a completed order.

A corner surface, not a standard rectangle

The selected desktop is a curved-corner shape with a center cutout and a left return. UPLIFT’s top drawing labels a 72-inch long side, a maximum 38-inch depth, and a 28-inch shallower portion. That outline is why a single “72 by 38” label needs a diagram beside it: the full 38-inch depth does not run across the whole top. Treat the drawing as a footprint envelope, and tape the whole contour on the floor before deciding it clears a wall, doorway, cabinet or nearby chair. A left return is part of this assessed state; if you need the other side, verify that orientation on the order page rather than assuming this review describes it.

This is also not the three-leg UPLIFT L-shaped desk. The UPL969 selector state here uses a two-leg FV3-200 T-frame and its curved-corner top. A familiar “L-shaped desk” expectation may imply a conventional joined pair of rectangular wings; this model’s one-piece curved surface and cutout create a different reach and footprint. It may suit someone who wants a broad corner work area with a curved front, but is a poor default if you need a uniform 38-inch-deep rectangular writing surface. For a conventional L with separately specified main and return wings, compare the separately assessed UPLIFT UPL934 rather than transferring its dimensions or three-leg manual to this desk.

Bamboo is the selected finish, not a performance claim

The selected material is manufacturer-labeled bamboo, with a one-inch thickness and a stated 53-pound top weight. The page describes Moso bamboo reeds and a UV-lacquer finish. That helps separate this choice from the manufacturer’s laminate and Eco alternatives, but it does not establish scratch resistance, long-term color stability or a hands-on durability result. Bamboo can be the right material preference if you want that labeled surface; a solid-wood requirement is different and should not be satisfied merely because a surface is wood-derived. The top’s mass also matters when considering a published lifting figure that includes the desktop.

Frame range and lifting figure

The manufacturer’s T-frame specification sheet lists 21.6–47.7 inches for the bare frame and 22.6–48.7 inches with the selected one-inch top. The frame width adjusts from 41.3 to 72.2 inches; its feet are 27.6 inches deep. These are manufacturer figures, not measurements of an assembled desk. If a seated height or standing position is essential, compare the stated finished-surface endpoints with your own keyboard and elbow position rather than using the bare-frame number alone.

UPLIFT states a 355-pound lifting capacity and says the desktop’s weight is included. The T-frame manual also says not to exceed 355 pounds, but neither source calls that a static-load rating or an equipment payload after adding the top. Leave the static-load field unknown: a strict minimum static rating cannot be met from this statement. The same sheet lists two motors, up to 2 inches per second, and less than 48 dB while moving; these are specifications supplied by UPLIFT, not independent tests.

Controller and cable details

The selected Basic Display Angled keypad is described as constant-touch. The V3 page offers more advanced controls, but their saved-height or USB features should not be carried over to this selection. If memory presets are a must-have, verify the exact keypad name and its matching instructions before buying. Two black grommet covers are selected; they are cable openings, not powered outlets. FlexMount Cable Manager components and ten cable wraps are listed as included. That is useful routing hardware, but it is not an enclosed cable tray. Allow slack through the full height travel and keep leads out of pinch points.

Assembly is a two-person planning job

The 14-page FV3-200 T-frame instructions recommend two people to position and turn the desk upright, show the T-frame assembly, and warn to keep more than an inch of clearance around moving parts. The manual calls for a grounded supply, slack wiring and a first-use reset. It specifies a 10-percent duty cycle: after two continuous minutes of movement in a 20-minute period, allow 18 minutes of rest. Plan the lifting route and final location before assembling a top of this size; do not rely on anti-collision settings as a substitute for keeping hands, pets and objects clear.

Who should consider this exact plan?

Consider it if you have measured a corner footprint, want the manufacturer-labeled Bamboo Curve surface, need the left-return arrangement and prefer a two-leg electric frame with the Basic Display keypad. Skip or investigate further if the deepest contour cannot fit within 38 inches, if you need every point of the top to offer the same depth, if a right return is required, or if an exact static-load value or memory presets are essential. In the finder, choosing two lifting columns, an included Bamboo top and a curved center-cutout front can lead to this plan; requiring a 37-inch-or-shallower room depth, solid wood, a no-hole desktop or a static-load threshold changes the result. Measure the shape first, then compare it with a separately documented L-shaped desk if that footprint better suits the room.

This assessment is document-based, not a hands-on test. The manufacturer tags the accompanying scene image to UPL969 Bamboo; it shows one curved-corner desk but does not establish whether it is a photo or rendering or verify the selected keypad and grommet covers. Use the separate desktop drawing for dimensions.

Paper, software and setup details

Desktop and configuration note

The one assessed UPL969 selector state includes a manufacturer-labeled Bamboo Curve, 1-inch, 53 lb TOP371 desktop with a left return. The TOP371/TOP521 manufacturer drawing gives a 72-inch long side and a maximum 38-inch depth, but the outline is curved and cut in the center and includes a shallower 28-inch portion; it is not a uniformly 72 × 38 rectangle. Other listed materials, orientations and accessories are not additional plans in this fact record.

Load-rating interpretation

The 355 lb page lifting-capacity statement includes the desktop; the exact manual says not to exceed 355 lb. Neither source establishes static capacity or payload after the top and equipment. Both hard load matcher fields remain null.

Operating and setup note

The selected Basic Display Angled keypad is identified by the product page as constant-touch. Advanced keypad memory behavior is not transferred to this selection, so stored-height count remains unknown. The exact T-frame manual requires grounded power, cord slack, over one inch of travel clearance, first-use reset, two-person placement/uprighting, and a 10% duty cycle: two continuous movement minutes in a 20-minute period followed by 18 minutes rest.
