Your needs, this model
Does it fit your priorities?
Do you need this exact long, shallow laminate size?
This selected plan has a fixed 72 × 24-inch Maple Laminate top. It meets a 72-inch long-side minimum and 24-inch depth ceiling, but not a 73-inch minimum.
Explore this need in the finder →Can you provide the walking pad’s full manual clearance?
The MVT011 instructions require at least 36 inches behind it and 12 inches on each side. A side clearance of 11 inches is not enough.
Explore this need in the finder →Are four saved desk positions enough, with a separate foot control?
FRM703 documents four saved desk heights, and the selected FRM068 operates desk up/down separately. A fifth stored height is not documented.
Explore this need in the finder →Must the desktop be solid wood?
No. Maple Laminate is the manufacturer’s selected surface label, not solid maple. A solid-wood requirement should exclude this plan.
Explore this need in the finder →Do you want a covered cable opening, or must the top be uncut?
The checked option has two white covers over openings, so it can meet a covered-cable-route need but not a no-hole-top requirement.
Explore this need in the finder →This review covers one inspected UPLIFT UPL964 Treadmill Desk selector state, not every version of the listing: a 72 × 24-inch, 1-inch Maple Laminate desktop, white V3 C-frame with 24-inch feet, white FRM703 Advanced Comfort Flush Keypad, black FRM068 Wireless Foot Switch, two white grommet covers, and required MVT011 Inclining Walking Pad. The blue Under Desk Hammock option was also selected in the saved page state. That is evidence of the displayed options, not a completed order, a separately verified assembled SKU, or confirmation that every option is currently in stock together.

A long surface without extra front-to-back depth
The selected top is 72 inches along its long edge but only 24 inches deep. Against the separately reviewed 60 × 24 Maple configuration, this gives 12 more inches of side-to-side work surface while preserving the same shallow depth. The surface is Maple Laminate, not solid maple; the wood-look name should not satisfy a solid-wood requirement. Two covered grommet openings are selected. They can help route cables, but a cover is not an uncut desktop, an outlet, or a substitute for the desk's cable-management parts.
The pad body is 48 inches long and 20.25 inches wide, so the top is 24 inches longer than the machine body but only 3.75 inches wider than its overall width. Those subtractions do not say where to position the pad under a desktop, whether a hammock or chair can share the space, or how much of the belt lies below the work area. Leave floor area for the pad itself and measure the installation rather than treating desktop dimensions as a placement diagram.
The MVT011 still determines the room and outlet needs
The MVT011 is a separate 47.4-pound walking pad with a 39.4 × 15.4-inch belt, a 0.75-horsepower motor, speeds from 0.6 to 4 mph, and ten incline levels up to 7 percent. Its instructions call for at least 36 inches of clear floor behind it and 12 inches on each side. Check the rear space and side paths at floor level, including the route people use to enter or leave the workstation.
UPLIFT specifies a grounded 120V outlet for the pad and says not to use an extension cord or adapter. The desk frame and walking pad are separate powered equipment with separate controls. The included FRM068 foot switch raises or lowers the desk; it does not recall an FRM703 preset and does not operate the walking pad. Its two AAA batteries are not included, so plan to supply them and tuck the switch where it is reachable but not in a trip path. The flush FRM703 keypad documents four saved heights; anyone who needs five stored positions should reject this configuration.
Do not assume the hammock selection is safe on this V3 plan

The captured desk selector lets the blue hammock option appear alongside this V3 desk plan, but the separate ACC042 manufacturer page is internally inconsistent. One compatibility section says V3 and V2 standard two- and three-leg desks are compatible; a later section on the same page says the hammock is only compatible with two- and three-leg V2 desks. The current ACC042 manual limits desk mounting to UPLIFT frames 72 inches or wider, but does not name this V3-plus-MVT011 setup or settle the page’s conflict. Treat compatibility as unknown pending written clarification. Do not infer that the hammock can hang over or around a moving walking pad.
The accessory page says its desk-mounted use has a 200-pound limit and separately mentions up to 400 pounds for outdoor use. Those are different arrangements. Neither outdoor capacity nor accessory imagery establishes the strength of this desk, the combined load available after the desktop and equipment, or safe use of this hammock with the selected walking pad. The manufacturer's ACC042 instructions also caution against swinging and one-person-at-a-time use; confirm the actual mounting method, clearance and load limit for the exact V3 configuration before installing it.
What the frame figures do—and do not—tell you
UPLIFT publishes a 355-pound lifting-capacity figure for this frame, but that is not a static-load rating or a usable payload after the top, monitor arms, pad-related accessories and other objects are counted. It should not be treated as permission to suspend a person from the frame. The desk's working surface height while you stand on the raised MVT011 belt is also not established by the bare frame range; measure the actual arrangement and your reach before treating it as an ergonomic fit. The MVT011 documents a 240-pound maximum in its manual while its specification sheet says 243 pounds. Since those official documents conflict, no single user-weight threshold is used here.
This option is worth comparing if you need a 72-inch-long, 24-inch-deep laminate worktop and want the MVT011 in the same configured listing. Choose the 60 × 24 alternative if the extra foot of length would crowd the room; consider a 72 × 30 plan if you need substantially more front-to-back desktop space, while remembering that it takes more floor area. Choose a conventional desk without the MVT011 if you cannot provide the pad's clearances or direct grounded outlet. The hammock should not tip the decision until its V3 compatibility and safe clearance around the walking equipment are confirmed. No personal test, ownership experience, measured noise, health outcome, customer-review claim, price comparison or current-stock claim is made here.

Operating and setup note
The exact archived UPLIFT selector response marks Maple Laminate 4867, 72 × 24 desktop 19768, two white covers 3941, white V3 C-frame with 24-inch feet 20605, white FRM703 12042, black FRM068 10561, selected blue Under Desk Hammock option 20587 and required MVT011 21437 together. The page code UPL964-maple-lam-72x24 is a selector code, not a separate assembled retail SKU, completed order or combination-level stock claim. The desk listing shows a selected hammock option, but the separate ACC042 page states in one section that V3 two-leg/three-leg desks are compatible and in another that only V2 two-leg/three-leg desks are compatible; exact compatibility with this V3-plus-MVT011 plan remains unknown. The hammock page/manual’s desk-use body limit is distinct from outdoor hammock capacity. The 72-inch top adds 12 inches of length over the 60 × 24 plan without extra depth; the 24-inch depth is 3.75 inches greater than the pad’s 20.25-inch width, not a placement drawing. FRM068 moves the desk up/down, not FRM703 presets or pad speed. The MVT011 clearance and separate grounded 120V power requirements apply; finished surface height over the belt, usable payload and 240/243 lb user-weight conflict remain unknown.
