Your needs, this model
Does it fit your priorities?
Must a manufacturer-labeled bamboo top and an included walking pad occur in the same desk plan?
The selected top option is Bamboo, 1 inch; the UPLIFT UPL964 selector also lists MVT011 as the required pad. This plan fixes the desktop length at 60 inches. A separate V3 model or another unreviewed top option is not assumed to share this combination.
Explore this need in the finder →Can you leave the pad manufacturer’s full clearance around it?
The MVT011 instructions call for 36 inches clear behind it and 12 inches on each side. Measure at floor level around the pad, not only along the desktop.
Explore this need in the finder →Does the pad’s documented speed and incline ceiling cover your minimum?
The MVT011 specification lists 0.6–4 mph and ten incline levels to 7 percent. A higher hard requirement is not met by the desk frame or by a different pad.
Explore this need in the finder →Do you need a completely uncut desk surface?
This exact selector value is explicitly No Grommet Holes in Desktop. If the buyer needs a power or cable opening, this plan is not that configuration.
Explore this need in the finder →Do you need to know the completed worktop height while standing on the belt?
The desk-frame range and pad drawing do not establish the finished desk-surface height over the raised belt for this combination. That exact fit remains unknown; a hard height requirement should not pass on the frame range alone.
Explore this need in the finder →This review is for one UPLIFT Treadmill Desk selector plan: UPL964 with a 60 × 30-inch, 1-inch Bamboo desktop; black V3 C-frame with 27.5-inch feet; black FRM072 Basic Display Angled Keypad; no desktop grommet holes; and the listed MVT011 Inclining Walking Pad. The manufacturer page exposes many combinations. This assessment covers only these six option values together as an intended plan; it does not claim the selector returned a distinct finished-desk SKU or verified combination-level inventory.

A middle-length work surface with a specifically named top
The selected 60 × 30-inch surface sits between two separately assessed choices on the same listing: a 48 × 30-inch Acacia Butcher Block plan and a 72 × 30-inch Walnut Laminate plan. It adds a foot of length over the shorter option, leaves a foot less length than the Walnut plan, and keeps the same 30-inch depth. The 60 × 30-inch rectangle is 12.5 square feet; that is 25 percent more area than 48 × 30 and 2.5 square feet less than 72 × 30. It is worth comparing when the compact top feels restrictive but a six-foot top is too long for the room.
The selected Desktop Style is labeled “Bamboo - Bamboo 1\"” by UPLIFT. The option is a one-inch bamboo surface, not the 1.5-inch Acacia butcher block reviewed separately and not the Walnut Laminate option. The manufacturer’s label is the basis for recording it as bamboo; it does not establish a solid-wood classification. If solid wood is an essential material requirement, do not count this listing as satisfying it. The selected grommet value is “No Grommet Holes in Desktop.” That keeps the plan distinct from the listing’s power, storage and cable-cover bundles, but it also means you need a separate, safe cable route for equipment on top.
The desk adds a walking pad, not a treadmill console
UPLIFT marks the MVT011 Inclining Walking Pad as an included required option on this product page. It is a separate powered device with its own controls and manual, rather than a belt built into the lifting frame. Its specification lists a 48 × 20.25-inch overall footprint, 47.4-pound product weight, 39.4 × 15.4-inch belt, 0.75-horsepower motor, ten incline levels to 7 percent, and a 0.6–4 mph speed range. A 60-inch desktop does not make the belt wider or raise its speed ceiling.
The MVT011 instructions require at least 36 inches of clear floor behind the pad and 12 inches on each side. Check that footprint and escape space at floor level: a desk can fit along a wall while the walking pad still lacks the required rear clearance, or its side clearance can intrude into a doorway. The pad manual calls for a grounded 120V outlet and says not to use an adapter or extension cord. The desk frame also needs grounded power, so plan where each cord can reach without catching on the moving legs, belt or nearby furniture.
Fit must include the height above the moving belt
The selected V3 C-frame has two motors and a specification-sheet range of 21.6–47.7 inches. That is the frame’s stated range, not a measurement of the finished desk surface while you stand on the raised walking belt. The MVT011 drawing places the belt 3.75 inches above the floor, and UPLIFT does not publish the combined work-surface height for this exact desk-and-pad arrangement. Check whether the desk can be set at a usable height from the belt before treating the frame’s lowest or highest number as your fit. The 355-pound frame figure is labeled lifting capacity; it is not a confirmed static rating or a verified remaining payload after the selected desktop and equipment are included.
There is also a source discrepancy that matters for a walking device: the MVT011 manual says maximum user weight is 240 pounds, while its specification sheet says 243 pounds. Neither number is used as a reconciled eligibility limit here. If that boundary is important, ask UPLIFT for written clarification before purchase or use; the desk frame’s lifting figure cannot answer it. The pad’s speed, incline, room clearance and electrical instructions remain separate constraints even when the desk and pad appear together in one listing.
Who should compare this arrangement?
This exact selector plan is a reasonable candidate to compare if a one-piece 60 × 30-inch work surface and a bundled walking pad both matter, you want the manufacturer-labeled Bamboo top, and your room can preserve the pad’s clearances and grounded outlet access. It is a poor match if you need solid wood as defined by the finder, require desktop openings or integrated power, need a longer or deeper top, cannot keep 36 inches free behind the pad, need a walking speed above 4 mph, or expect a known desk height while walking. Unknown compatibility is not a reason to assume it fits.
Choose the 48 × 30-inch UPLIFT walking-desk option if its shorter top is enough and floor space is tight; choose the 72 × 30-inch Walnut Laminate option if the longer work surface is necessary and you can accommodate its extra length. If you do not want to walk while working—or cannot follow the pad’s power and clearance directions—compare an ordinary V3 desk without the MVT011. The FRM072 option is the Basic Display Angled Keypad; the manufacturer distinguishes basic constant-touch controls from advanced one-touch keypads, so do not infer saved-height convenience from an upgrade on another selector plan. Confirm all chosen values in the live product selector before ordering.

Operating and setup note
This exact UPL964 selector plan lists the MVT011 Inclining Walking Pad together with the desk frame and separate controls. The pad requires grounded 120V power and its instructions prohibit adapters/extensions; the desk frame has a separate grounded supply. The frame height range does not establish usable finished surface height while standing on the raised belt. The pad manual requires 36 inches behind and 12 inches on each side. The pad manual/spec maximum-user-weight entries conflict (240/243 lb), so no threshold is used for matching.
