Your needs, this model
Does it fit your priorities?
Do you already have a suitable fixed-height desk and need an electric converter rather than a freestanding frame?
UDA115-A is a desktop converter resting on another desk. The host must support the 92 lb unit and the intended setup; it is not a floor-standing desk.
Explore this need in the finder →Is the UPLIFT Bamboo surface label essential?
This selected state carries the maker's Bamboo option label. The available UDA115 sources do not establish species, core, grade, thickness or solid-bamboo construction.
Explore this need in the finder →Do you need the Bamboo / black-base / dual-black-mount option state?
This option selects the ACC115 dual mount. Its current sheet gives 17.6 lb VESA capacity without identifying per-position versus total basis; the older guide’s 35.2 lb assembly figure is historical only. Current combined capacity and exact VESA hole spacing are unknown for any essential requirement.
Explore this need in the finder →Will the 30-inch upper surface and lower keyboard tier fit your setup?
UDA115-A has a 30 × 21.5 in moving upper surface and a separate 28 × 10.5 in tray. At the lowest setting the manual says the tray drops below the host surface; check the host edge and other obstructions.
Explore this need in the finder →This review is about one current U.S. selector state for the UPLIFT E7 Electric Standing Desk Converter, model UDA115-A: Bamboo-labeled surface, Black base and Dual Monitor Mount Black. The selection is useful for comparing the exact combination, but it is not a separate assembled-model number or evidence of inventory, checkout or a completed order.
What the dual option changes
The UPLIFT page marks surface value 4269 (Bamboo), base value 4266 (Black) and monitor-mount value 4275 (Dual Monitor Mount Black) together. Its option-encoded image shows the bamboo-colored raised surface, dark column and base, and a horizontal black mount with two display plates. The picture looks like a clean manufacturer product rendering, although UPLIFT does not say how it was made. The plates show where displays would attach; no actual monitors or separate host desk are shown.
Two positions may be useful when a regular setup keeps two screens in view, but the selected hardware does not enlarge the converter’s 30-by-21.5-inch upper work surface. The current ACC115 specification sheet labels 17.6 pounds as “VESA Weight Capacity” without saying whether it applies per position or to the entire dual assembly. The older official Price Book + Specification Guide (2022/2023 edition, p. 63) lists 17.6 pounds per mount and 35.2 pounds for ACC115 as a whole. That is useful historical context, not confirmation of the current selected mount’s combined limit. Treat current combined capacity as unknown for a hard load requirement until UPLIFT confirms it. The inspected instructions and current sheet also do not establish the ACC115 VESA hole spacing. Neither the converter’s separate lift figure nor the host desk’s capacity can fill those gaps.
Bamboo is the option label, not a construction grade
The selected surface is labeled Bamboo, which distinguishes this plan from the White Eco, Black Eco and Natural Rubberwood choices also shown in the UDA115 selector. The material documents reviewed do not identify a bamboo species, core, veneer or solid-bamboo construction, nor do they establish a particular environmental certification. If your essential requirement is a solid slab, a defined material grade or a particular sustainability standard, this wording alone does not answer it. The questionnaire can match the maker’s Bamboo label, but it cannot turn an unknown construction detail into a confirmed specification.
Measure the host desk and the two working levels
This is a powered desktop converter, not a freestanding sit-stand desk. Its weighted base rests on a separate fixed-height desk, so that desk has to support the roughly 92-pound converter plus equipment. The main moving surface measures 30 inches across by 21.5 inches deep; the lower keyboard tray is a separate 28-by-10.5-inch surface. Lay out the items that must travel with the top, and check the converter’s footprint, lower tray clearance, cable path and nearby walls before committing to the format.
The manufacturer’s 21-inch figure is vertical travel above the host desk, not the absolute height from the floor. Measure the installed lowest and highest positions against your chair, standing posture and room. At its lowest position, the manual says the keyboard tier sits below the host surface; check the desk edge, apron, drawers and under-desk hardware so it can clear throughout its movement. If the host desk is too low or its edge blocks the tray, extra travel cannot solve that geometry.
Read the lifting figure carefully
The UDA115 documentation gives a 110-pound maximum load or lifting-capacity statement, while the converter itself weighs about 92 pounds. Neither reviewed source gives a static-load rating or defines a remaining payload after the converter and selected dual-mount equipment are accounted for. Do not subtract 92 from 110 and treat the difference as approved monitor capacity. The unit requires mains power; the specification lists 120 volts, 60 hertz and up to 200 watts, with two memory positions and a 10-percent motor duty cycle. These details describe powered adjustment, not continuous lifting.
Who should compare this configuration
Consider it only if you already have a suitable fixed-height desk, want the named Bamboo/black/dual-black selector combination, and can confirm the mounting limits for your displays before use. The optional questions matter: requiring a converter eliminates full desks; choosing Bamboo differs from accepting an unspecified surface; and selecting the dual-black option distinguishes it from the separately assessed single-mount Bamboo plan. A 30-inch minimum moving top is the maximum length this model supplies, while a 31-inch requirement rules it out.
If one screen is enough, compare the Bamboo single-mount state rather than assuming its arm rating applies here. If you need a standalone frame, a larger moving surface, documented display limits or a height range that does not depend on another desk, compare a full desk or a product whose exact mounting specification meets that need. This UDA115 option is a compact, host-dependent converter, but the current ACC115 combined load limit and exact VESA hole pattern are not established by the inspected current documents. The older guide’s 35.2-pound assembly figure is historical evidence, not a current essential-load guarantee; confirm both details before relying on them.
